Libyan Challenge Seminar
The evening will comprise a presentation about the Libyan Challenge. The third edition of this foot-race will take place in the stunning Akakus region of South West Libya between the 2nd - 9th March 2008. The distance is 190 km and it's a non-stop event. Loads of Brits will be there.Included in the seminar will be:
· Race introduction (and film)
· Training
· Preparation
· Equipment
· Nutrition
· Race psychology
This presentation will be an excellent opportunity for like-minded adventure runners to learn about one of the newest and most exciting desert challenges available to ultra-athletes.
